Start your day with some sparkling wine at Mumm Napa – a Napa Green Certified Winery. Kick back in the salon or on the patio and toast (or santé, as the French say) with a sparkling wine flight – there are several to choose from. Mumm Napa has beautiful views across valley vineyards to the Mayacamas Mountains. They also have a fine art photography gallery, including original Ansel Adams prints. Mumm Napa is committed to environmental stewardship and social sustainability, partnering with a network of more than 50 growers each year. As Andy Hoxsey, one of Mumm Napa’s growers observes, “We are all just stewards of the soil.”

Continue your day at ZD Wines, known for Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Plan ahead and book an Eco Vineyard Tour. ZD Wines takes a holistic approach to sustainable farming and winemaking. A certified Napa Green Winery, they’ve implemented waste reduction, water recycling, have Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations and the winery is powered by solar energy. Their estate vineyards are certified organic since 1999. As Winemaster/CEO Robert deLeuze says, “Sustainability and innovation in all aspects of winemaking connects to our commitment to quality, consistency and unique style.”

Conn Creek
At the end of the day, your journey will take you along the hillside-hugging, Silverado Trail to Conn Creek Winery, where you can enjoy both lush Cabernets and views. In addition to being a Napa Green Certified Winery, this boutique, energy efficient facility features over 20,000 corks on the interior walls for insulation. Conn Creek Winery has received rave reviews for their unique Barrel Blending Experience®, where guests are invited to play “winemaker for a day” and create their own bottle of wine to take home.

Please note: In order to protect the health and safety of all guests as we continue to be vigilant about the spread of COVID-19 all wineries will be reservation-only for the time being. It is essential to make appointments in advance and also review each winery’s posted policies and procedures before you arrive. Don’t forget your classiest wine tasting masks for entering and exiting the winery.
