Throughout the month of July, theย participating Napa Green wineries will share their sustainability commitments and actions with you, their guests, and give back a portion of their proceeds to support the Napa Green nonprofit.

The Napa Green nonprofit is a global leader in sustainable winegrowing, setting the highest bar for sustainability and climate action in the wine industry. Napa Green facilitates whole-system soil to bottle certification for vineyards and wineries, and provides the resources and tools to continually improve.

Chandon has planted a pollinator row every 10th row in their vineyard to provide bee & butterfly habitat, and eliminated the use of synthetic herbicides, focusing on cultivating healthy soils and biodiversity.

V. Sattui takes a holistic approach to sustainabilityโfarming 100% organically across 200 acres, using electric tractors, and letting sheep (plus a few llamas) graze and fertilize the vineyards. Rideshares and vanpools for farmworkers help cut emissions, and the winery has protected more than 550 acres through the Land Trust of Napa County.
